On offer is a challenging and rewarding caseload of complex and high-value cases including matters such as, medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, brain & spinal injuries and amputations. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular training and mentoring. It is essential that candidates wishing to be considered for this role have the natural ability to provide legal services with a personal touch whilst at all times demonstrating care and understanding.THE CANDIDATE:The role is best suited to Solicitors with 1 – 6 years’ PQE and with a keen interest in furthering their knowledge and career within Clinical Negligence work. The post holder will have previous experience in drafting documents and correspondence such as witness statements and letters of instruction to counsel and to medical experts.
