Job description: Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a fresh challenge? A reputable law firm in Cheshire is currently on the lookout for a talented individual to join their dynamic team.

Duties:

  • Handle the full spectrum of commercial property fee-earning work for client files, including sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant matters, Bank funding and pension purchases
  • Conduct of matters on behalf of clients accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s quality and risk management procedures (Lexcel and SRA Code of conduct)
  • Develop new work from existing clients and seek new clients for yourself and others
  • Attend clients both in person and on the telephone; provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care
  • Manage the preparation of correspondence and documents through the case management system.

Hourly: Negotiable (outside IR35)

Hours per Week: Willing to consider both full or part-time applicants
