Part-Time Employment Lawyer

Sellick Partnership is pleased to be recruiting for an Employment Lawyer to join a reputable Public Sector Organisation in the North West. Our client is looking for the successful Employment Lawyer to start in the New Year and to hit the ground running in this busy role.

As Employment Lawyer, you will be covering the full range of Employment matters, which may include:

  • To advise on a range of non-contentious and, if appropriate, contentious employment matters
  • To advise upon, negotiate, draft, and interpret a wide variety of employment and employment-related agreements and documents.
  • To work with external solicitors in relation to, and as necessary assist in or advise in relation to, Employment Tribunals.

This role would be suited to a Qualified Solicitor who is confident dealing with a mixed Employment caseload with minimum supervision. The position is a full-time role and remote working will be considered.

The ideal Employment Lawyer will come from a public sector background, although candidates with relevant experience in private practice are encouraged to apply if relevant experience is demonstrated.
