Position - Wills and Probate SolicitorÂ
Location - East Cheshire, Hybrid working available
Our client is a recognised law firm with 4 offices throughout the Cheshire region which is now looking for a dedicated and experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its leading Wills and Probate team. Based in a dynamic department, you'll be reporting to the Head of Wills and Probate. If you’re passionate about delivering excellence in legal services, this is the role for you!
About the role:
- Manage your own caseload independently, handling matters such as drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate administration and inheritance tax planning
- Conduct business development and marketing initiatives to grow the department
- Deliver the highest level of client care in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Stay updated with the latest legal developments and ensure compliance with SRA regulations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and nurture junior members of the team
About you:
- Experience of 2-3 years PQE
- Strong technical knowledge and proven experience in Wills and Probate
- Proficiency with case management systems (Proclaim preferred)
