The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters including:
- Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
- Administering Probate and managing estates
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on Tax Planning and Inheritance Tax Exemptions
- Handling Inheritance Claims and matters of Intestacy
You’ll be given autonomy over your work while being part of a collaborative team committed to delivering excellent client care.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in private client law
- Experience handling your own private client caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, efficient, and comfortable managing deadlines
