A well-established Cheshire law firm is seeking a Property Lawyer to join their expanding team, with opportunities available at both their Northwich and Winsford offices.

This is a fantastic role for an individual with at least 2 years’ experience in residential property law—whether as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner. The firm welcomes applications from candidates with previous conveyancing experience who may be looking to return to the profession, or those seeking a retrain opportunity into residential property.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with support and guidance from a friendly and experienced team. Work will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties
  • Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Confident handling a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Organised, adaptable, and eager to continue learning
