A well-established Cheshire law firm is seeking a Property Lawyer to join their expanding team, with opportunities available at both their Northwich and Winsford offices.
This is a fantastic role for an individual with at least 2 years’ experience in residential property law—whether as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner. The firm welcomes applications from candidates with previous conveyancing experience who may be looking to return to the profession, or those seeking a retrain opportunity into residential property.
The Role:You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with support and guidance from a friendly and experienced team. Work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties
- Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
- 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Confident handling a caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised, adaptable, and eager to continue learning
- Team player with a proactive attitude
