You will handle a mix of landlord and tenant, investment, development and secured lending matters. The client list includes larger corporates and well as a good mix of SMEs.What you'll need to succeedYou should be a real estate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 2 years' pqe. You will be a good team player and have gained a solid grounding in commercial property.What you'll get in returnThis is an ideal role for a newly qualified or junior real estate lawyer looking to cut their teeth on a broad range of work.
