I am currently partnering with one of the leading land and property regeneration companies in the UK, which is looking for a new Development Manager to join the team in Manchester. You will be working closely with the Regional Director and be responsible for the formulation and implementation of delivery strategies for major projects.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle of the projects from inception through to completion, including the strategic elements, budgets, and overall success of the projects.
  • You will have worked on acquiring new sites, manage funding, the delivery strategy, marketing, leasing and asset and estate management.
  • You will work closely with the wider teams and play a key role in bringing together the financial underwriting, funding strategy, planning strategy, procurement strategy, technical constraints, proactive estate management, and stakeholder management for the progress of each of the major projects under your remit.

Your Experience:

  • My client is looking for someone who is RICS/RTPI/ICE qualified or qualified by experience and has been in a similar role.
  • You will be a strong team player and have experience working with internal and external stakeholders, have strong negotiation skills, and be able to offer strategic solutions.
