The role
The business has been through a period of change in the last 2 years and are looking for a manager to join and lead the team forward. There will be an element of continuous improvements and lean practices, you will be ultimately responsible for labour budgets, training, audit management and health & Safety.
About you
- Strong leadership skills
- Hands-on manager, happy to roll sleeves up
- Experience leading a team
- Growing, fresh produce or food experience is preferable
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
- Lean Six Sigma or similar advantageous
- Provable examples of managing budgets and optimising costs
