Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to own, operate, and grow their paid media efforts on all fronts. This is a critical role within their business, ideal for someone with a passion for data, a knack for paid bidding strategies, and a desire to see the results of their work in a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and paid social.

- Develop and execute PPC and paid social strategies to achieve business goals.

- Monitor and report on performance and ROI to director level.

- Collaborate with sales and other digital marketing teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Collect, manipulate, and present data using tools such as LookerStudio.

Essential Criteria:

- 3+ years of Google PPC account strategy experience.

- 2+ years of paid social strategy and execution experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High-level competency in data collection and manipulation.

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other teams.
