As an Account Manager, you will play an essential role in building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for understanding their strategic marketing objectives and ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.
The role will consist of client relationship management, from regular reviews to ensure teams are meeting client needs and keeping up to date with industry trends. Identify key growth areas and opportunities with both new and existing clients. Briefing internal teams on clients’ projects and ensure completion within the deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in client relationship building or account management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools
