Job Overview:We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Mid Cheshire Trust. The role involves assessing and treating children and young adults with physical, emotional, and developmental needs. The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care and support patients in reaching their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young adults
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life
- Collaborate with families, carers, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and monitor patient progress
Key Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with children and young adults in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
