Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Trust. This role involves delivering advanced occupational therapy services, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and ensure high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for patients.
- Provide expert clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff and students.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in service development initiatives to improve the quality of care.
Key Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Significant experience in a relevant clinical setting, preferably at a Band 7 level.
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
