Requirements to be shortlisted:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist
- Experience at Band 6 level or developing towards it.
- Experience working with children (4-19) with autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour.
- Expertise in OT interventions for neurodivergent individuals.
- Ability to provide direct and indirect therapy

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy support to children and young people with complex autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours.
- Work collaboratively with a trans-disciplinary team to ensure pupil's needs are understood, planned for, and closely monitored.
- Advise the teaching team on pupil development, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy to individuals and groups of pupils.
