Requirements to be shortlisted:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist
- Experience at Band 6 level or developing towards it.
- Experience working with children (4-19) with autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour.
- Expertise in OT interventions for neurodivergent individuals.
- Ability to provide direct and indirect therapy

NonStop is working with Independent Special School in the heart of Chester, dedicated to supporting young people with autism (ages 4-19) who may also have additional learning difficulties and behaviours that challenge.
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated and flexible team. If you are passionate about SEND and align with our vision and values, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy support to children and young people with complex autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours.
- Work collaboratively with a trans-disciplinary team to ensure pupil's needs are understood, planned for, and closely monitored.
- Advise the teaching team on pupil development, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy to individuals and groups of pupils.
