Social Media & Content Manager - Travel - Hybrid Working (3 days in office) - Cheshire

Responsibilities:

- Social Media Strategy: Develop and executive an effective social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across key platforms

- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content for our social media channels, including posts, stories, and videos.

- Community Management: Build and nurture a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering conversations.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives and product launches.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and effective.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a consumer-focused brand.

- Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation.
