North West based housing providor looking for a an Asset Planning Manager to assist their Asset strategy.

Description

  • Manage and deliver a programme of surveying, validation and inspection to provide comprehensive information that allows on- going maintenance liabilities
  • Develop and deliver a proactive asset management approach that will lead to increased asset value and quantifiable efficiency's
  • Develop and manage the implementation of a comprehensive sustainability strategy
  • You will prepare reports and budget forecasting as required and will ensure that systems will be updated accurately

Profile

  • Specific in- depth knowledge of property appraisal methods and data assessments that inform business decisions.
  • Commercial property experience and market product assessments
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and customers.Experience in managing, developing, and leading teams to meet defined objectives or targets.
