The Role

As a Tender Bid Coordinator & Administrative Support, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Tender Bid Coordination: Assisting with the preparation and submission of tender bids, including gathering project information, proofreading, and formatting documents.
  • Director Support: Providing administrative assistance to our Director, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • General Administration: Undertaking a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team, ensuring the smooth running of operations.

This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Previous experience in administration, bid coordination, or a similar role.
