Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with extensive experience in the dating website industry to lead the development and launch of our new dating platform. This individual will play a pivotal role in growing and managing our dating vertical, beginning with a single brand and scaling it into a core business arm.

You will define and execute product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive user engagement and revenue growth. Your deep understanding of the dating industry and proven track record of launching and scaling dating platforms will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development and Strategy:

  • Lead the development and launch of our new dating platform, ensuring it aligns with user needs and market demands.
  • Define and execute a product roadmap tailored to the dating industry, incorporating emerging trends and competitive analysis.
  • Develop strategies to optimize user engagement, retention, and monetization specific to dating platforms.

Vertical Growth Leadership:

  • Design and implement scalable processes to grow the dating vertical into a key business segment.
  • Identify market opportunities and oversee the expansion of multiple brands within the dating arm.
  • Build frameworks to ensure the vertical's success aligns with company-wide goals.

Marketing and Branding:

  • Collaborate with marketing to create strategies that appeal to diverse dating demographics.
  • Ensure brand positioning resonates with target audiences and delivers value in a competitive market.

Collaboration and Execution:

  • Work with engineering, design, and customer experience teams to build a robust, user-friendly dating platform.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success, including user acquisition, retention, and conversion metrics.
  • Oversee timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Industry Expertise and Market Insights:
