Quality Control Analyst

Cheshire

£13.79 per hour 

Permanent role

Our client is a contract manufacturer, filling and packaging company based in the heart of Cheshire. They manufacture and package a wide range of toiletries, perfumes and pet care products tailored to their customers' requirements. They are looking to add a Quality Control Technician to their busy Quality department who will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the quality of the raw materials and finished products including:

  • Examining finished product against product specification to ensure they meet all standards of presentation and quality,

  • Marking up and isolating defective raw materials and finished products

  • Carrying out QC tests such as Viscosity and pH on a range of Raw materials and Finished product

  • Communicating inspection results to relevant production, manufacturing and quality managers

  • Testing and release of incoming raw materials and bulk batches manufactured in house.

  • Final Product Release.

Suitable candidates for this role should have a background in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, ideally from a Chemical, Pharmaceutical or Food manufacturing environment and ideally have studied Science to A-level standard or have a degree or equivalent in a Science related subject.

Full training will be provided by the company.
