I am currently hiring for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project coordinator/documentation compiler to join a key client within the Engineering Field. The company specialises in the design and assembly of bespoke machines for global manufacturing businesses using composite materials. As an Entry-Level Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of customer projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and supporting multiple customer projects simultaneously, under the guidance of the project manager. This includes monitoring project progress, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones & documentation
- Assist in maintaining regular and effective communication with cross-functional teams, customers, and external stakeholders, including documenting meetings & meeting minutes
- Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as project plans, action logs, risk registers, and project reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation, while adhering to organisational standards and processes - including the company's ISO9001 based Quality Management System
- Compile documentation provided by supporting departments and third-party suppliers ensuring that a standard format across all product ranges is followed.
- Work closely together with printers, graphic designers, translators and other relevant professionals to produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copies of relevant instruction manuals
- Monitor and help document the progress and risk in line with Project Plans
- Assist with the production of KPI's relating to Project Plans
- Proactively identify documentation needs and gaps, establish feedback loops to gather customer feedback, and then work closely with key stakeholders to prioritize and plan documentation updates
Key attributes:
- Proven, checkable experience in a similar role desired but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Have excellent (fluent) spoken and written English as all of our documentation is written in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full, clean driving licence.
