Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a UK leading Land Promoter and Residential Developer in their hire of an experienced Strategic Land Manager to their team in Cheshire.

My client specialises in the promotion of strategic land through the planning system, working in partnership with landowners, stakeholders, and local authorities to bring forward sustainable, high-quality residential developments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of the UK planning system and strategic land promotion process.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to assess land value and development potential.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Degree in Town Planning, Real Estate, Land Management, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Membership of RTPI, RICS, or similar professional body is desirable but not essential.
