The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers, paraplanners, and fellow administrators to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Your role will include:
- Liaising with clients, advisers, and product providers to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handling general administration tasks, including answering inbound calls and assisting with client and adviser queries.
- Booking appointments and managing advisers’ calendars.
- Processing new business applications for life, pensions, and investments, ensuring accurate and efficient completion.
- Obtaining pre-sale documentation, including quotations and required paperwork.
- Ensuring withdrawals and transactions are processed promptly by providers.
- Maintaining accurate records and internal systems to support compliance and business operations.
