Please note that this role will involve regular travel between your home, Alderley Park, and Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
The following are the outline quantity surveying tasks we are looking for you to assist or take a leading role in:
- Cost Reporting.
- Variation Accounts.
- Applications for Payments.
Assisting experts with Contract Administration and Disputes will also be required.
The Person
- The right attitude is the key to success at Nexus! You will be confident, driven to succeed, a real self starter and someone who likes to take on responsibility!
- Currently undertaking or recently completed a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
- A minimum of 2 years on the job experience (either day release or post degree)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
