We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Voids Co-ordinator to join our team and help manage repairs for empty or void properties. Key responsibilities

  • Manage work priorities, develop job plans, define parts and materials, define skills, engage with resources and managers, and develop a safe, effective and efficient work control plan.
  • Principal contact and liaison between the client / customer and operations team for all appointments. They ensure the client/customer receives professional maintenance service in a timely manner.
  • Day to day planning of all resources and work streams in the designated area.
  • Ensure customer/client communication regarding scheduled or appointed ongoing work.
  • Work with other schedulers to ensure the best utilisation of available resources.
  • Work closely with the supervisors/ contracts managers regarding operational staff levels required to meet the peaks and troughs

  • Knowledge of in-house computer systems
  • Experience of all aspects of void scheduling
  • Proven experience of working in a challenging environment
