Job description: One of our well-established clients in the Cheshire area are looking for a Real Estate Finance Locum to join their team for an initial period of 2 weeks, with the high likelihood of extension.

The client is looking for someone on a full-time basis and will consider a hybrid working arrangement.

Duties

Handling a full caseload from inception to completions with minimal supervision
Negotiating and drafting leases
Acting for lenders, experience of bridging loans ideal, but not essential

Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
