Trainee Receptionist / Administrator
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Northwich, Cheshire
Salary: 11.44 per hour (23,795 per annum)
My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Trainee Receptionist to join their well-established MOT and Service Automotive Garage in Northwich. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, acting as the key liaison between customers and our skilled mechanics.

Example of Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers via telephone and face to face
- Processing payments
- Booking in services and MOT work
- Liaising with Engineers to ensure customer expectations are managed at all times
- Date input
- General administration duties
