Finance Assistant
*Full Time OR Part Time to suit the ideal candidate*
Note - part time hours must be spread across 5 days!

Job Purpose
To assist the Finance Supervisor in managing key finance operations and administrative duties.
Key Activities
Credit Control
- Manage credit control for centrally billed customers for member companies.
- Resolve returns and queries by liaising with customers and members.
- Send statements, EDI reports, and PODs.
- Generate and distribute month-end reports.
Accounts
- Code and process invoices/expenses in the purchase ledger.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Input self-billing invoices (manufacturer rebates).
- Raise recharge invoices to group companies.
Administration
- Manage reception duties, including handling post and courier deliveries.
- Oversee Boardroom bookings, receive visitors, and provide refreshments.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to managers.
- Monitor courier deliveries for members and assist with claims for late deliveries.
Other
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
