We are looking for confident, outgoing people who want to make a positive impact on the lives of the people we support who have a diagnosis of learning disability. This is a chance to support our clients with positive, motivational, person-centred engagement in a wide range of activities they enjoy. The job is interesting, varied and rewarding and you will be working for a Company which values and invests in its staff. Support is provided in residential settings, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The posts are for 32-40 hours per week which may or may not include sleep shifts. £12.25 per hour for days. Experience in this type of role is preferred but anyone with good life skills will be considered. Full induction and on-going training will be provided.
Applicants must be drivers with more than 3 years experience in manual cars.
