Are you a dedicated and experienced Social Worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? We have an exciting opportunity for a Progressed Social Worker to join our Adult Learning Disability Team!
? About the Role:Our team supports adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives while accessing the social care services they need. This is a specialist service working closely with the Partnership NHS Trust ??.
?? Hybrid working - 2 office days per week, with home working & visits in the locality.?? Work with individuals with complex health & forensic needs requiring skilled interventions.?? Be part of a supportive & experienced team of professionals, many of whom have been with the service long-term.?? No two days are the same! Enjoy a dynamic and rewarding role.
? About You:? Qualified & Progressed Social Worker, registered with Social Work England �?.? Previous experience with adults with learning disabilities is preferred.? Strong skills in person-centred planning & managing complex cases.? A team player with a passion for delivering high-quality social care.
