Location: Manchester & Liverpool

Salary: £32-40,000 Dependant on experience

A progressive architecture practice is on the lookout for a skilled Architectural Technician dedicated to sustainable, socially responsive design. Based in Manchester, Liverpool, and London, this team focuses on creating spaces that prioritise community impact and human-centered placemaking. The role calls for a professional with robust technical expertise, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to craft meaningful, commercially viable spaces.

The Architectural Technician will engage closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects that redefine urban landscapes.

As part of this role, you can be considered for both their Manchester and Liverpool studios, however, you would be required to work out of their Liverpool studio for 2 days per week, initially.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • CIAT accredited or working toward chartership would be beneficial.
  • Living within the North West region and commutable to both studios.
  • Excellent technical capabilities demonstrated through your supporting portfolio.
  • A good level of Revit proficiency and experience in the production of models and drawings.
  • You must have project delivery experience across all RIBA stages.
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Able to complete work within given time frames to a high standard of work.
  • Strong understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
