Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Several years UK based experience in a similar role, ideally with a house builder.
- HNC qualification or higher in a relevant field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Strong understanding of the UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications in line with project requirements.
- Ensure all designs adhere to UK Building Regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to deliver innovative and sustainable housing solutions.
- Manage projects from conception to completion while ensuring timely delivery.
