Position: Business Systems Executive

Your Role:
As a member of the business systems team, you'll play a crucial role in leveraging third-party software to enhance service offerings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders, users, and subject matter experts to gather and document functional and technical requirements for new systems or projects.
- Analysing and modeling requirements to develop a clear understanding of system functionality and alignment with business needs, using tools like process flows, use cases, and data models.
- Participating in system design and architecture, working closely with the development team and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Developing test plans and cases, conducting testing, and verifying that the system meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Leading system implementation and deployment, including coordinating user training and support.
- Planning ongoing maintenance and support, troubleshooting issues, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Conducting client visits when necessary; a full UK driving license is a must.
Preferred, But Not Essential:
Any experience in the following areas is advantageous (full training provided):
- Web To Print Software (Specifically Vpress/Coreprint)
- Monday (or similar)
- Airtable
- Pageproof
- Integromat
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- JavaScript / JSON

- Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Supplemental pay types: Bonus scheme
- Ability to commute/relocate: Northwich - Reliable commute or relocation required
- Work Location: In-person
