Key responsibilities:

  • Teaching: Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops on topics like criminology, law enforcement, and corrections; create and update course materials.
  • Student Support: Mentor students, provide academic guidance, and evaluate performance through assessments.
  • Administration: Attend departmental meetings, maintain student records, and support admissions processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in teaching Further Education
  • Hold a relevant degree; a higher degree is desirable.
  • Have a relevant teaching qualification or equivalent teaching qualification, or be willing to achieve this qualification within a set period upon appointment
  • Have GCSE Maths and English (A*-C)
