Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Bollington

Remuneration: £12.29ph

Contract Details: Temporary role until Feb 2025 with the potential to go permanent dependant on business needs.

3 Week Rota:

Week 1: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm

Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm Friday 12pm - 6pm

Week 3: Monday to Friday 10pm - 6am

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload goods from vehicles and containers, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Packing of products ready for being pack onto vehicles.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Assist in general production duties as required, including but not limited to assembling products, operating machinery, and packing finished goods.
  • Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks within specified deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
