Partner (Equity) Chartered Accountants
The RoleA firm of Chartered Accountants with three partners is seeking to enhance their management team by appointing a Partner who will quickly become an equity shareholder. You will be responsible for the accounts production and bookkeeping/outsourcing teams. Main responsibilities
- Managing both teams supported by the respective managers
- Delivery of accounts production, cloud accounting, bookkeeping, management accounts etc
- Develop, manage and overseeing client relationships and the work carried out by the teams
- Drive the teams forward, win new business (training provided) and continually build the departments up.
The FirmThe Firm have been very successful and now need a further Partner to help them to the next level. They provide services for audit, accounts, tax and bookkeeping/outsourcing. They have excellent clients and are forward thinking with regards to technology and working practices.Benefits

Experience required
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Previously worked in accountancy practice
- Staff management experience
- Desire to help build a business/client base
