Partner (Equity) Chartered Accountants

The RoleA firm of Chartered Accountants with three partners is seeking to enhance their management team by appointing a Partner who will quickly become an equity shareholder. You will be responsible for the accounts production and bookkeeping/outsourcing teams. Main responsibilities

  • Managing both teams supported by the respective managers
  • Delivery of accounts production, cloud accounting, bookkeeping, management accounts etc
  • Develop, manage and overseeing client relationships and the work carried out by the teams
  • Drive the teams forward, win new business (training provided) and continually build the departments up.

The FirmThe Firm have been very successful and now need a further Partner to help them to the next level. They provide services for audit, accounts, tax and bookkeeping/outsourcing. They have excellent clients and are forward thinking with regards to technology and working practices.Benefits

Experience required
