Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering fun and engaging activities as an Early Years TA, fostering a love for learning in our Northwood students.
- Assist in creating a warm and nurturing environment where young learners feel safe and confident to explore.
- Help track and encourage the development of key skills, providing 1:1 and group support to Early Years children.
- Work closely with the Early Years team in Northwood to plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote creativity and curiosity.
- Support the personal, social, and emotional growth of children, playing an active role in their early educational journey as an Early Years TA.
Key Requirements:
- Experience as an Early Years TA, with a passion for working with young children.
- A caring and patient approach, with excellent communication skills to connect with both children and staff in Northwood.
