Purosearch are working with a small care company and are looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager who specialises in elderly, nursing, dementia, end of life and challenging behavior care.
As the Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Home Manager and ensure that the highest standard of care is given to residents. The service itself provides expertise in an extensive range of specialist conditions, relating to general nursing, rehabilitation, wound care and palliative care.
y client are looking for someone who has Unit Manager experience and storng leadership and communication skills. Furthermore, the chosen candidate should be experienced with giving medication.
