£40,000 + Pension

The Director of this very respected local organisation are currently seeking an experienced Senior Personal Assistant, this role would be perfect for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing executive PA support for Group Director, Sales Director and the senior management team

- Managing busy diary schedules, arranging internal and external meetings and producing required paperwork

- Attending meetings when needed to take notes and executing any actions that arise

- Co-ordinating travel arrangements, booking flights and hotels and preparing detailed itineraries

- Briefing Directors and team as necessary for meetings and setting up meeting venues with required equipment

- Filtering incoming telephone calls and emails, highlighting urgent issues and managing routine enquiries
