Our client, an award winning, multi office independent Estate Agent with offices across Middlesex, Herts and Bucks are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in their busy office in Northwood. The Agency are very well established and highly regarded for the excellent level of customer service and advice they offer all of their clients as well as their extensive local market knowledge. They pride themselves on the services they offer in Sales, Lettings, Property Management and New Homes dealing in the high end property sector. You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working, with ideally experience in Estate Agency, but they are open to a Trainee who is looking for their first role within Estate Agency. You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator role include:
- Basic £18,000
- OTE £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
- Pooled commission for the entire lettings business
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm & every other Saturday

The role of the Lettings Negotiator includes:
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Liaising between landlords and tenants and building relationships
- Providing up to date advice and information
- Property inspections
- Conducting viewings
- Booking appointments
- Negotiating lettings contracts
- Registering applicants
- Generating new business
- Listing new properties
- Building the market share
- Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
Skills and experience required for the role of Lettings Negotiator will include:
- A high level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team, and independently
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Drive, hunger and ambition for success
- Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Well presented and professional
- Target driven with a 'can do’ attitude
