As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Your role will involve liaising with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the high standards that our client is renowned for.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Deal with property maintenance and repair requests
  • Deal with tenant complaints and issues
  • Handle evictions and process move-outs
  • Ensures that the property is legally compliant

Candidate requirements:

  • Good customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, problem-solving and multitasking
  • Knowledge of legislations for property management
