Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our Northwood branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient business performance.
Who we are
We are two neighbourhood Argentine steak restaurants that excel in providing great dining experiences to our guests. Our Directors and managers are all hands on, experienced previous Central London operators who understand and empathise with the challenges of being a restaurant manager.
Duties
Primarily to lead the shift ensuring guest expectations are met & exceeded via Lomito standards
Being an inspirational leader, leading by example at all times
Liaising with kitchen, bar and floor teams for harmonious service
Opening and closing the restaurants to standard
Organising staff shifts and scheduling
Ensuring all food/H&S safety procedures are strictly followed according to regulations
Following all company policy and procedures regarding money, equipment and property
Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality management essential
- Ideally at least a year of management/supervisorial experience in a similar standard establishment
- We will consider experienced waitstaff/bartenders who are seeking their first management position
- Experience in bartending or kitchen operations is advantageous
Our usual shift pattern is 8 shifts per week with two days off. Being a neighbourhood restaurant, most of our trade occurs during the end of the week hence regular weekend work is a must. Earliest start is 10am and latest close just past midnight.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per annum
