Pertemps are looking for a temporary to permanent fireplace installer, to join a busy fire installation company based out the outskirts of Shifnal in the Shropshire countryside.
This is a varied role, where you will be installing wood burners and multi fuel stoves to regulations, and carrying out building work in customers homes to create new fireplaces in addition to this you will be servicing existing installations and carrying out maintenance work.
This job will be working at heights when assisting with the installation of flue liners and twin wall flue systems, and will involve heavy lifting in parts when transferring the fires stoves and materials, working along trained professionals it will include indoor and outdoor working in all weathers.
Ideal Candidate
- Keen eye for detail
- Wanting to learn a trade (previous building experience an advantage)
- Experience of working with hand and electrical tools
- Ability to work at heights (essential)
- Can work together as a team, and initiative if working alone
- Driving Licence (essential)
- Good Level of Maths
- Good Customer service skills
