  • Develop and produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and Revit models for building service projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient design solutions.
  • Coordinate with various disciplines to integrate building service designs into overall project plans.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all drawings and models are up-to-date and comply with industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client standards, as well as relevant regulations and codes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of building services engineering principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings and models.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential for entry-level positions.
