Location: Norwich (2 days working from home per week)

Salary: £31,500 + excellent benefits

Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri, no evenings/weekends/bank holidays

Overview:

Working for a leading hospitality sector training provider, you will support hospitality professionals achieve qualifications at levels 4. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.

A typical week:

  • Manage & support a caseload of learners
  • Deliver in person & online coaching
  • Carry out regular progress reviews with learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver success

You'll need the following:

  • Level 3 Hospitality qualification
  • General Manager/Head of experience in Hospitality
  • Front of House experience
  • Car driver
  • Interest or experience in training/coaching
