Hybrid working, close to public transport links.
This role will oversee a small team and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and month end and year end deadlines are met.
The role:
- Systems Development- working with the Systems & Projects Accountant, develop the use of finance systems to achieve process improvements
- Recording of, and accounting for, income and expenditure
- Develop and enhance transaction processes and procedures to ensure strong and effective financial controls are in place
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Banking
- Balance Sheets
- Support with month-end activities
The successfulcandidate will ideally be AAT qualified ir studying towards it
