Keeler Recruitment is exclusively managing the search for an experienced Financial Controller to join a fast-growing and innovative organisation. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead a UK-based finance team while collaborating with international colleagues. The Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the strategic goals of the business. You'll be based remotely, with the expectation of working in the Norwich office one day per week.

In this hands-on position, you will oversee month-end and year-end processes, manage financial forecasting, and assist with budgeting. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong internal controls, identifying areas for process improvements, and working closely with external advisors. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing working capital, monitoring cash flow, and overseeing banking relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant or QBE with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance role, including at least 2 years of experience in a management position. You should be comfortable presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders and have the ability to lead a small team. Strong IT and analytical skills are essential, and experience with G-Suite and Oracle would be an advantage.

In return, the company offers a competitive salary, a flexible hybrid working arrangement (with 1 day in the office per week), and an attractive benefits package. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
