Our client, a young, innovative, growing business based in Norfolk, is seeking a Financial Controller on a part-time basis working from home.  The ideal hours would be Monday - Friday 9-1 although this can be flexible across 20 hours a week.
The Financial Controller will be responsible for day-to-day finance support for the business, working closely with the senior management team and the CEO. The Financial Controller will be a specialist in their area, but as part of the small team be expected and encouraged to support wider cross-team admin activities where necessary.  As the business and the role grows there will be scope to recruit someone to provide admin support and build a small team in finance.
The business has seen rapid growth over the past four years and has plans to continue to expand. This is a new role where you will have scope to develop the finance function and improve the processes and systems. Â
The ideal candidate will have a confident, positive persona and enjoy working in a small company environment. Previous experience of working as part of the senior management team is important alongside effecitve presenation and communication skills.Â
