Atkinson Moss is delighted to working with an ambitious company based in the heart of Norwich by supporting their search for an accomplished Financial Manager/Controller to lead the business through a period of exciting growth.
Reporting to a fractional CFO, the Finance Manager/Controller will be responsible for supporting the leadership team both commercially and operationally. Key duties include:
- Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day running of finance.
- Providing insightful management information and Board Reports
- Lead on review, development and improvement of processes, controls and systems.
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Partnering the business on effective working capital and cashflow management
- Responsibility for all monthly reporting
- Primary contact for auditors and key relationship with banking partners.
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven experience leading a finance team in an SME environment however individuals with strong technical and commercial experience looking for their next step will also be considered.
