Job Title: Financial ControllerSalary: c.£65,000 Location: Norwich Hybrid: 2 days per week in office / 3 days from home
Edward Mann are currently recruiting for a manufacturing business based in Norwich who are looking to hire a new Financial Controller to join their business.
This role will be overseeing a small team and responsible for all financial aspects of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed insight and analysis
- Production of budgets & forecasts
- Oversee transactional finance team and provide support for career development internally
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors
- Work closely with external accountants on compliance aspects for HMRC
- Management of foreign entities, inc. international tax and FX conversions
- Inter-company accounting
- R&D Tax credit claims
- Cashflow forecasting & management
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions
Desirables
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent), candidates who are not qualified with relevant experience may also be considered
