Keeler Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a well-established, family-run hospitality business that's looking to appoint a Group Accountant. This is a fantastic role supporting two key locations in Norfolk, with the chance to truly grow alongside the business.

Why This Role?

This is a newly created position where you'll work closely with the Directors, playing a crucial role in managing the accounts function. With plenty of room for development, you'll be part of a supportive team with the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Preparing management accounts, handling reconciliations, journal postings, and processing incoming invoices
  • Chasing outstanding payments to ensure smooth cash flow
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • Handling monthly payroll preparation

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally, you'll be Part Qualified (or similar) with hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Confident working independently and managing the full accounts function
  • Experience with Xero and Sage is essential
  • Own transport is required due to the location
